开始沉浸其中，享受到游刃有余的快乐。还有写作、思考，都是如此。
很契合最近在看的一本小说：习武和修行，其实就是探索生命进化的道路。
大概，心静下来了，生命就自己微不可察地进化着了吧。游刃有余，就是一种进化的喜悦。
