-I think my heart of gastronomy has gone through three stages.

At the beginning, my heart of gastronomy was “show off”:"My cooking skills are impressive, right? Just raise me”

Then, my heart of gastronomy became “feel for you”: "If I make something you love, your appetite might improve, I must do something."

And now, I returned to myself, enjoying the simple joy of culinary exploration. My heart of gastronomy is: "You are the one I most want to share with, you understand my joy and purity, my princess."
